• All works are for Non-Commercial use and is only intended for personal enjoyment.

• Customer declares that all material submitted for transfer and reproduction is not in violation of any copyright laws.

• Customer will indemnify and hold Highridge Graphics harmless to any claim of violation of such laws.

• Customer agrees that liability for damage or loss to any material submitted for transfer will be limited to the cost (up to maximum value of $100.00 per order) or replacing such film, tape, or other material with non exposed film, blank tape or unused material.

Our Guarantee: Generally, the quality of your video tape and photo transfer can only be as good as the quality of your originals.

If you believe this not the case, call us for a Return Authorization number. Send the complete order with the authorization number back to us. We will evaluate your order and call to discuss our findings. If we agree that your video tape is of a lesser quality than your input, we will redo your order as necessary. Sorry, but we do not issue refunds.
